Synopsis

This session will focus on strategies for fostering change agents and leaders within the university setting. Attendees will discuss approaches for improving the university experience and increasing the number of students who complete their studies, with a particular emphasis on developing the skills and capacities needed to become change makers and thought leaders in their fields. Through presentations and interactive activities, the session will explore a range of topics related to university retention and graduation, including academic support, career development, and student engagement. Experts in the field will share their insights on how to support and empower students to succeed in their studies and achieve their full potential as leaders and agents of change. Participants will have the opportunity to share their own experiences and ideas on how to create more change agents and leaders within the university community.
